We run Beatles Day Tours, Liverpool City Food Tour and Beatles Pubs’ Tour. We also offer bespoke private tours upon request.

For larger groups, we work with corporate clients, companies, tour agencies and cruise operators, and can arrange transport such as coaches when needed.

Yes. We have fluent Spanish‑speaking guides available for both scheduled and private tours. If you would like your tour delivered in Spanish, tell us when you enquire and we will arrange it. For other languages, we can often accommodate requests through our network of professional guides. Ask us and we will do our best to help.

We can let you know the typical walking distances involved in each tour, and we are happy to advise on the best options if you prefer shorter routes or more time at certain locations. We will do our best to accommodate wheelchair access, although this is not always possible at every stop or location.

How do bookings work? Once you get in touch with your preferred date, time, group size and tour type, we’ll confirm availability and send you the booking details. Some tours may require a deposit to secure your place, and the remaining balance is usually paid on the day.

What information do you need? We ask for accurate contact details so we can reach you with updates. If your group size changes or you have accessibility needs, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What happens on the day? Please early for your tour. If you’re running late, contact us and we’ll do our best to adjust where possible.

We understand that plans can chagne, so we’ll try and be as flexible as possible where we can.

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of the tour.

Cancellation refunds:

• 21+ days before the tour: Full refund of deposit.

• 11–20 days before the tour: 10% cancellation fee (deducted from the deposit).

• 3–10 days before the tour: 25% cancellation fee (deducted from the deposit).

• 1–2 days before the tour: 50% cancellation fee (deducted from the deposit).

• Day of the tour: 85% cancellation fee. (If the deposit does not cover this amount, the remaining balance will be charged.)

• If the guide arrives at the pickup point: Full charge applies (100%).
