Pool of Life Quest an interactive tour around the city, a treasure hunt with a difference.
In a city 800 years old you’re bound to meet a few characters.Flirt with a GI Scream at a Beatle Score a goal Meet an unlikely hero And much more…
How does it work?
Fictional and non-fictional characters (played by actors) from Liverpool’s rich history will direct participants around the city in a race against the clock and your fellow colleagues. Each group of participants is given a map and details about a character they must look for within a specific area as indicated on the map. For example, Jesse Hartley (architect of the Albert Dock), standing by the docks. When the group have found the character they approach them with a password, and the character will enact a small entertaining performance about their life, history or experience. Maybe you will help them complete a task.
When the performance is finished the character will give them an envelope with a map and details of the next character to uncover. The participants have two hours to find all ten. The fastest group wins a prize!
The quests acts as:An ice-breaker An informative, fun way to see the city A problem solving exercise A team building exercise An introduction to Liverpool’s culture, history & heritage
But don’t just take our word for it. Some customers comments:“A brilliant experience!” Sola Arts“A great day – cheers!” Hope City“Excellent – well organised.” Charity Training Centre“The Actors really brought it to life.” Crown Street“Great exercise and fun!
